MSI B85-G43 GAMING MOTHERBOARD, LGA 1150, ATX (has USB issues) in SANDOWN VILLAGE, Victoria for sale
This high end MSI gaming motherboard has on-board SoundBlaster Cinema Audio, Click BIOS with OC Genie as well as which it supports 4th gen I7 CPUs, CrossFire and up to 32GB ram over 4 slots. It was working fine until one day the USB ports stopped being recognised in Windows. I found that USB devices still work intermittently during boot and in the BIOS (about 1 in every 3 reboots) but they cease working completely once Windows loads. Also, one of the pins located in the front USB port header is broken; I was using the rear port so I don't know whether the broken pin has any affect. Other than these issues, the board is in excellent condition. These issues may be an easy fix but time is a factor for me so I’ve replaced the board (cost me $140) and moved on. If you're techno-savvy, this could be a very good buy. Inspection welcome. Best to give me a call and talk to me; texts & emails are often overlooked. Anth
